Congratulations to our Director Aoife O'Gorman and all the team involved with The Memorial Cycle Ride 2024 to raise money for St Nicholas Hospice Care - Independent charity serving West Suffolk and Thetford and Bury St Edmunds Rugby Union Football Club.
All the team arrived back safely on Sunday 15th September after 5 days completing 586km from France to Bury St Edmunds.

"After arriving back yesterday, I am still processing the enormity of what the whole group managed to achieve. With the fundraising hitting amazing levels, we were pushed hard to ensure we all made it nearly 600km back home safely. Being greeted at Bury rugby club by so many friends and family, I felt privileged to be a part of the memorial cycle ride. Riding with many of the relatives, it has been an emotional journey and hope that this has given them some amazing memories to cherish on this 50th anniversary of the disaster.
I wish all of the riders a speedy recovery and think everyone should be proud at how much money was raised for St Nicholas Hospice and for the great, family rugby club, of Bury St Edmunds.
