Project Details
A mixed use development scheme in central Cambridge. The master plan included a high quality commercial office space that would occupy 4800sqm of the overall development, residential, HWO’s, social housing and a community centre. The design also offered a full basement car park and service functions.
The project was frozen and we then completed the Travelodge hotel development on the same site. The building was designed to meet BREEAM ‘Excellent’
