Project Details
New build residential apartments with basement parking and storage within this central Cambridge Conservation area. The challenge of this project was for BCR to detail up our original Planning Permitted design that was over 10 years old. The client did not want to resubmit for Planning as this may have meant the reduction in number and/or size of the permitted apartments. We therefore had to comply with this Planning permission whilst meeting all current Building Regulations.
