A contemporary conversion of a redundant barn in Breckland, Norfolk. The conversion of the barn to a residential dwelling had been been approved under the recent class Q (previously MB) Prior Notification process. Working with our client we have developed a contemporary barn conversion which utilises passive solar design promoting a sustainable dwelling that sits as a pavilion in the landscape taking advantage of the amazing panoramic views.
