Project Details
Peterhouse Technology Park is located on the south side of Cambridge on a main artery into the city. BCR designed the Master Plan and all the buildings in the park through a systematic building programme. All the buildings have been continually occupied since the park’s conception. All of the buildings are occupied by ARM.
All the buildings have the capability and flexibility to be used for office or laboratory accommodation. Two of the buildings have full plant lofts which can be utilised for expansion office space if required in the future. Cambridge Water Company HQ, which BCR designed, sits adjacent to the park. We were fully involved in the hard and soft landscaping access, parking and amenity areas that link and unite all areas of the park.
