Project Details
Plots K and L at Chelmsford Business Park are part of the complete BCR Master Plan and series of buildings which have undergone a systematic design and build programme by BCR. These two story buildings were designed for cost efficiency and ultimate flexibility. Both buildings equate to a combined area of 50,000sqf.
Plot K is the UK Headquarters for Battelle UK Ltd. BCR were appointed to design the shell, core and internal laboratory fit out. Plot L is a key building for the Visteon Corporation (previously the Ford Motor Group). BCR were appointed to design the shell, core and internal fit out which included specialist testing chambers for car dashboards with all their integrated electrical equipment.
