Within the BCR Master Planned Chesterford Research Park, BCR are currently undertaking a full and comprehensive refurbishment and extension of this laboratory building. We are to provide speculative, flexible and contemporary office, R & D and laboratory space for a number of different tenant splits and uses.
The building and its approach will be transformed by cutting back and reprofiling the grass banks to the adjacent pond, that currently hide and obscure views of the building.
The building will also be re-roofed, re-clad, new windows added and with the new extensions to three sides, very little of the existing building, other than its structural frame, will remain.
BCR hope to also be commissioned to complete the tenant fit out works.
